Happy Valentine’s Day!

It’s a lowkey one this year but last night me and my good girlfriend, Sab from Illrotic Sex Podcast hosted a Valentine’s Day virtual cooking class that was filled with lost of spicy convo…it was so much fun! Although I love cooking, I wanted to keep it simple for the cooking class because who wants to spend all night in the kitchen cooking and then cleaning…eh no!

So we made one of my fav and simple desserts ever, banana pudding + bananas are aphrodisiacs! This banana pudding rivals Magnolia, yes I said it! My cousin taught me how to make it years ago and I haven’t looked back since!

Try it below!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk

  • 1 pint heavy whipping cream

  • 1 packet Jello instant vanilla pudding, prepared according to box instructions

  • 1 box Vanilla Wafers

  • 3 bananas, sliced & not overly ripe (all yellow preferably)

Directions

  • Make the vanilla pudding beforehand according to the box instructions. Let it sit in the refrigerator and get nice and firm. After about two hours, add 1/2 cup of sweetened condensed milk and put it back in the fridge for another hour.

  • With an immersion blender of hand mixer, whip the heavy cream until it forms a stiff peak!

  • Time to prepare the pudding!

  • First, put down the vanilla wafers then the pudding then spread the whipped cream and add the bananas on top then repeat steps until you have all your layers at the top! Last layer should we whipped cream and then decorate with more bananas and vanilla wafer…presentation, baby!

  • Put back in the fridge to let it all set and let the flavors marinate!

  • ENJOY!
