Rosemary Lamb Chops & Tzatziki

Naan

  • 2 Cups Plain Flour + a little more for dusting

  • 1 Cup Yogurt

  • 1/2 Tsp Baking Soda

  • 1/2 Tsp Baking Powder

  • 1 Tsp Sugar

  • 1 Tsp Salt

  • 2 Tbsp melted butter or whole milk 

  • How to: combine wet & dry ingredients separately. Add wet ingredients to the dry ingredients bowl. knead a smooth ball of dough and let rest for two hours (covered in oil). Divide into separate balls and roll out flat. Cook on each side 2-3 minutes. Slather on melted butter 

Tzatziki

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt 

  • 1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped 

  • 1/4 cup shredded or finely chopped cucumbers, about a half a cucumber (squeezed in a cloth of all the excess water from the cucumbers)

  • 2 garlic cloves, finely minced

  • 1 lemon, juiced 

  • Salt & pepper to taste

  • How to: combine all ingredients together. Refrigerate until ready to use 

Greek Salad

  • 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced 

  • 1/2 red pepper, chopped 

  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped 

  • 1/2 cucumber, chopped 

  • 1 tomato or cherry tomatoes, chopped 

  • 1 lemon, juiced 

  • Salt & pepper to taste

  • How to: combine all together. Refrigerate until ready to use.

Rosemary Lamb Chops

  • 2 sprigs fresh rosemary, chopped 

  • Salt & pepper 

  • Garlic powder 

  • Olive oil 

  • How to: marinade at least 3 hours. In a medium heat pan, sear on each side for 2-3 minutes for medium cooked
