Rosemary Lamb Chops & Tzatziki
Naan
2 Cups Plain Flour + a little more for dusting
1 Cup Yogurt
1/2 Tsp Baking Soda
1/2 Tsp Baking Powder
1 Tsp Sugar
1 Tsp Salt
2 Tbsp melted butter or whole milk
How to: combine wet & dry ingredients separately. Add wet ingredients to the dry ingredients bowl. knead a smooth ball of dough and let rest for two hours (covered in oil). Divide into separate balls and roll out flat. Cook on each side 2-3 minutes. Slather on melted butter
Tzatziki
1 cup Greek yogurt
1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped
1/4 cup shredded or finely chopped cucumbers, about a half a cucumber (squeezed in a cloth of all the excess water from the cucumbers)
2 garlic cloves, finely minced
1 lemon, juiced
Salt & pepper to taste
How to: combine all ingredients together. Refrigerate until ready to use
Greek Salad
1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
1/2 red pepper, chopped
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
1/2 cucumber, chopped
1 tomato or cherry tomatoes, chopped
1 lemon, juiced
Salt & pepper to taste
How to: combine all together. Refrigerate until ready to use.
